What is included?

- Visual review of moisture, ventilation and likely contaminant pathways
- Airborne mould spore sampling with an outdoor comparison sample
- Particulate screening, and VOC or combustion-gas sampling where requested
- Accredited third-party laboratory analysis with documented chain of custody
- Written report explaining the results and the recommended next step
